Electricity bills can be paid in Post Offices
Pristina, 14 March, 2014 - Kosovo Energy Distribution and Supply Company (KEDS J.S.C.) and Post of Kosovo J.S.C. have signed today an agreement by which citizens are allowed to pay electricity bills at Post Offices of Post of Kosovo.
The agreement was signed by General Director of KEDS, Vedi Yeşilkılıç and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Post of Kosovo, Sejdi Hoxha.
KEDS customers will pay in Post Offices only the amount that appears on their electricity bills and do not have pay the extra fee for the service.
Both companies are very pleased to have reached an agreement for the benefit of citizens taking into account the large number of Post Offices and their working hours from 08:00 to 21:00.
"Through the agreement, customers of KEDS will be able to make payments of electricity in the Post offices. As KEDS we are dedicated to providing the best services to customers and to be closer to the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo", Yeşilkılıç said upon signing the agreement.
The Chief Executive of Post, Mr. Sejdi Hoxha said he is pleased that in the post offices is added another new service.
"In our post offices KEDS customer will pay only the amount that appears on their electricity bills, not a single cent more. The same way as they pay in KEDS cash offices. There is no other procedure, Hoxha said.
The agreement is intended to provide additional services to the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo and is the product of genuine cooperation between the two companies. Post of Kosovo and KEDS leaders pledged to further deepen cooperation between them in favor of citizens.
